Malik Textiles: From Zero to Page One in 6 Months

SkarduX took a family-owned Lahore textile exporter with zero online presence and built a complete digital acquisition system — from a conversion-optimized B2B website to a full-scale SEO campaign — landing them on Google's first page for 15+ high-value keywords within six months.

Client Background

Malik Textiles is a second-generation textile exporting house based in Lahore, Pakistan, specializing in premium cotton, lawn, and linen fabrics for international markets. With a workforce of 120 and annual revenue around $2.5M through offline channels, the company had built solid trade relationships over 25 years. However, they relied entirely on trade shows and personal referrals, with no website or digital marketing infrastructure whatsoever.

The Challenge

International buyers searching for "Pakistani textile exporters" or "custom fabric manufacturers Lahore" could not find Malik Textiles anywhere online. The company had no website, no Google Business Profile, and no presence on B2B directories. They were losing deals to smaller competitors who had invested early in digital visibility. Trade show attendance costs were escalating ($15K-$20K per show), while the ROI from those events was declining as more buyers shifted to online sourcing.

Objectives

  • Build a professional B2B website with product catalog and inquiry system
  • Achieve page-one Google rankings for 10+ high-intent keywords within 6 months
  • Generate at least 20 qualified international inquiries per month
  • Reduce dependence on trade shows as the primary lead channel
  • Establish brand credibility with international buyers through digital presence

Strategy

We designed a two-phase approach: first, build a world-class B2B digital storefront that would convert visitors into inquiries; second, drive targeted organic traffic through an aggressive SEO campaign focused on high-intent commercial keywords in both English and Urdu. The content strategy targeted international sourcing managers and procurement teams actively searching for Pakistani textile suppliers online.

Implementation

Over 8 weeks, we built a fast-loading, mobile-first website with 40+ product pages featuring professional photography and detailed specifications. We implemented Product schema markup across the catalog, optimized Google Business Profile, and created 25 pieces of long-form content targeting keywords like "bulk cotton fabric supplier Pakistan" and "custom textile manufacturing Lahore." Backlink outreach targeted 30+ industry directories and trade publications. The timeline was: weeks 1-3 for website build, weeks 4-6 for on-page SEO and content creation, and weeks 7-8 for link building and GBP optimization.

Key Features Delivered

  • 40+ product pages with professional photography and detailed fabric specifications
  • Multi-language support (English and Urdu) with hreflang implementation
  • Integrated inquiry and quote request system with CRM pipeline
  • Product schema markup for rich snippets in search results
  • 25 SEO-optimized blog articles targeting commercial buyer intent
  • Google Business Profile optimization with weekly posts and photo updates

Lessons Learned

  • B2B companies in traditional industries often have the least competition online, making SEO extremely high-ROI when executed well.
  • Detailed product pages with specifications matter more than flashy design for B2B buyers — they need data to make purchasing decisions.
  • Bilingual content targeting both English-speaking international buyers and Urdu-speaking regional partners doubled the addressable search volume.

Cordoba Health: 30 New Patients/Month Through Digital

SkarduX redesigned the entire digital experience for a three-location Miami health clinic, delivering a HIPAA-compliant website with online booking, local SEO dominance across all locations, and a review management system that drove 30+ new patient appointments every month.

Client Background

Cordoba Health is a family medicine and urgent care provider operating three locations across Miami-Dade County, Florida. With 8 physicians and 15 support staff, they serve approximately 2,000 active patients. Despite strong word-of-mouth reputation and excellent patient satisfaction scores, their digital presence was nearly nonexistent, and new patient acquisition had plateaued at around 8 per month across all three locations combined.

The Challenge

Their outdated WordPress website loaded in over 8 seconds, had no mobile optimization, and lacked any online appointment booking functionality. Patients had to call during office hours to schedule visits. None of their three Google Business Profiles were properly optimized — inconsistent NAP data, outdated hours, and fewer than 10 reviews each. Competitors were dominating the local map pack for searches like "clinic near me" and "doctor Miami," while Cordoba was invisible beyond page three.

Objectives

  • Launch a fast, HIPAA-compliant website with integrated online appointment booking
  • Achieve top-3 map pack positioning for all three clinic locations
  • Increase new patient acquisition to 25+ per month within 4 months
  • Build a systematic review generation process to reach 4.8+ star rating

Strategy

We took a three-pronged approach: first, a ground-up website rebuild focused on speed and patient conversion; second, aggressive local SEO optimization for all three locations targeting "near me" and neighborhood-specific searches; and third, a reputation management system that would systematically generate reviews and build trust signals across all Google Business Profiles.

Implementation

The project ran over 10 weeks. Weeks 1-4 focused on the website redesign using a static-first build with HIPAA-compliant contact forms and Calendly integration for online booking. Weeks 5-7 covered local SEO: we built location-specific landing pages for each clinic, optimized all three GBP listings with fresh photos, consistent categories, and populated Q&A sections. Weeks 8-10 launched the review generation system — automated SMS follow-ups sent 2 hours post-appointment with a direct Google review link. We also added MedicalClinic and Physician schema markup across all provider pages.

Key Features Delivered

  • HIPAA-compliant website with sub-2-second load times
  • Online appointment booking integrated across all 3 locations
  • Location-specific landing pages targeting neighborhood search terms
  • Automated SMS review generation system with follow-up sequences
  • MedicalClinic and Physician schema markup for rich search results
  • Google Business Profile optimization with weekly Google Posts

Lessons Learned

  • For multi-location healthcare providers, each location needs its own dedicated landing page and individually optimized GBP listing — a single website page for "all locations" does not rank.
  • Automated review generation is the single highest-ROI activity for local healthcare practices — the SMS timing (2 hours post-appointment) was critical to response rates.
  • Online booking removes the biggest friction point in patient acquisition; phone-only scheduling was costing Cordoba an estimated 40% of potential new patients.

FinStack SaaS: 40% Pipeline Growth from AI Search

SkarduX implemented a comprehensive AEO/GEO strategy for a New York fintech startup, getting their brand cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — driving a 40% increase in sales pipeline and 210% organic traffic growth in under five months.

Client Background

FinStack is a Series A B2B fintech startup based in New York, offering payment automation and invoicing tools for mid-market companies. With 45 employees and $3.2M ARR, they had already built a solid organic SEO foundation ranking for traditional Google search terms. However, an increasing share of their target buyers were discovering software through AI-powered search tools — ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — where FinStack was completely invisible.

The Challenge

Despite ranking well on traditional Google search, FinStack was never cited by AI assistants when users asked questions like "best payment automation tools for SMBs" or "alternatives to Stripe for B2B invoicing." Competitors were being referenced in AI Overviews and ChatGPT responses, capturing a growing share of high-intent discovery traffic. FinStack's content was not structured for passage-level retrieval, their brand lacked the third-party mentions needed for LLM training data, and they had no strategy for the AI search channel at all.

Objectives

  • Get FinStack cited in at least 2 major AI search platforms within 4 months
  • Increase sales pipeline by 30%+ through AI-driven discovery channels
  • Build topical authority that positions FinStack as a category leader in AI search results
  • Grow overall organic traffic by 150%+ through combined traditional and AI SEO

Strategy

We developed a dual-track AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy. Track one focused on restructuring existing content for passage-level citability — making every key claim self-contained, well-sourced, and easily extractable by LLMs. Track two focused on building third-party brand signals through guest posts, expert roundups, and comparison content on authoritative fintech publications that LLMs draw from during training and retrieval.

Implementation

Over 5 months, we restructured 35 existing content pages for passage-level citability with clear, quotable claims backed by data. We created 12 authoritative comparison pages ("FinStack vs Stripe," "FinStack vs Bill.com") optimized for conversational queries. We published 18 guest articles on fintech publications like Finextra, PaymentsJournal, and TechCrunch contributor networks. We added SoftwareApplication schema markup, implemented llms.txt, and built a comprehensive FAQ hub targeting the exact questions users ask AI assistants. We also set up monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews to track brand mentions weekly.

Key Features Delivered

  • 35 content pages restructured for AI passage-level citability
  • 12 comparison and alternative pages targeting conversational queries
  • 18 guest articles on authoritative fintech publications
  • SoftwareApplication schema markup and llms.txt implementation
  • Comprehensive FAQ hub with 80+ questions mapped to AI search patterns

Lessons Learned

  • AI search optimization is not a replacement for traditional SEO — it is a complementary channel that compounds the value of existing content when structured correctly.
  • Third-party brand mentions on authoritative sites matter more for AI citations than on-site content alone — LLMs favor consensus signals from multiple sources.
  • Comparison pages ("X vs Y") are disproportionately cited by AI assistants because they directly answer the conversational queries users ask.

NovaPay Solutions

SkarduX restructured a failing $38K/month paid ads budget for a Dubai-based digital payments startup, rebuilding campaigns from scratch with surgical audience targeting and conversion-optimized landing pages — cutting cost per acquisition from $45 to $12 while tripling qualified lead volume.

Client Background

NovaPay Solutions is a Dubai-based digital payments startup providing merchant onboarding and payment gateway services to mid-market retailers, hospitality businesses, and logistics companies across the UAE. With 30 employees and Series A funding, they had the product-market fit but were struggling to scale customer acquisition through paid channels. Their previous agency had been managing campaigns for 8 months with diminishing returns.

The Challenge

NovaPay was spending $38,000/month across Google Ads and LinkedIn with almost nothing to show for it. Campaigns were built around broad match keywords like "digital payments" and "fintech solutions" that attracted researchers, students, and competitors — not actual prospects. LinkedIn targeting was so broad that engineering managers at food delivery companies were seeing ads meant for CFOs at mid-market retailers. Cost per acquisition had ballooned to $45, the sales team was drowning in unqualified leads, and leadership was three months from pulling the plug on paid channels entirely.

Objectives

  • Reduce cost per acquisition from $45 to under $15 within 3 months
  • Triple the volume of qualified leads from paid channels
  • Achieve 250%+ return on ad spend across all campaigns
  • Build a scalable paid acquisition system that could grow with increased budget
  • Implement proper attribution tracking to measure true campaign ROI

Strategy

We started with a complete audit and immediately paused 60% of the ad spend going to irrelevant traffic. The rebuild centered on three pillars: (1) restructuring Google Ads around high-intent, industry-specific keywords instead of generic fintech terms, (2) rebuilding LinkedIn targeting with custom audiences based on company size, specific industries, and decision-maker titles, and (3) creating dedicated landing pages for each audience segment with tailored messaging, relevant social proof, and streamlined conversion forms.

Implementation

Week 1 was a full audit — we mapped every campaign, ad group, and keyword to conversion data and paused everything below threshold. Weeks 2-3 rebuilt the Google Ads account around high-intent keywords like "payment gateway for UAE retailers" and "merchant onboarding platform Dubai," adding 340+ negative keywords. On LinkedIn, we built custom audiences for 50-500 employee companies in retail, hospitality, and logistics with C-suite and VP-level targeting. Weeks 4-5 launched 8 new landing pages — each tailored to a specific audience segment with industry-specific pain points, relevant case studies, and a streamlined 4-field demo request form (down from 12 fields). We also set up GA4 enhanced conversion tracking and offline conversion imports from their CRM.

Key Features Delivered

  • Complete Google Ads account restructure with industry-specific ad groups
  • 340+ negative keywords blocking irrelevant and wasteful traffic
  • 8 audience-specific landing pages with tailored messaging and social proof
  • LinkedIn campaign rebuild with custom company and title targeting
  • GA4 enhanced conversion tracking with CRM offline conversion imports

Lessons Learned

  • Pausing underperforming campaigns is not failure — it is the fastest path to improved ROAS. Most accounts have 40-60% of spend going to waste.
  • Reducing form fields from 12 to 4 nearly doubled landing page conversion rates. For B2B demo requests, you only need enough info to qualify and follow up.
  • Negative keyword lists are as important as target keywords. The 340+ negatives we added were responsible for roughly half the CPA improvement.

Atlas Real Estate Group

SkarduX built a hyperlocal SEO strategy for a Chicago brokerage competing against Zillow and national aggregators, creating 18 neighborhood landing pages, optimizing 12 agent profiles, and launching a content engine that earned top-3 local pack rankings and a 65% increase in inquiry calls.

Client Background

Atlas Real Estate Group is an independent brokerage in Chicago with 12 agents specializing in neighborhoods across the city's North Side — Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wicker Park, Logan Square, and Bucktown. With a solid reputation built over 15 years and strong repeat client relationships, Atlas consistently closed $45M+ in annual transaction volume. But nearly all their business came from referrals, and they had virtually no online lead generation.

The Challenge

Searching "real estate agent Lincoln Park Chicago" returned pages of Zillow profiles, Redfin listings, and Realtor.com pages before Atlas appeared. Their website was a single-page brochure site with no neighborhood-specific content. Their Google Business Profile had outdated hours, no recent photos, and zero reviews from the current year. Most of their 12 agents had individual GBP listings that were either unverified or had inconsistent NAP data. They were paying for an IDX feed but doing nothing with the organic opportunity it represented.

Objectives

  • Achieve top-3 local pack rankings for 5+ target neighborhoods
  • Increase property listing page views by 150%+ through organic search
  • Generate a measurable increase in direct inquiry calls and contact form submissions
  • Verify and optimize all 12 agent Google Business Profiles with consistent data
  • Build a content engine producing neighborhood-relevant content monthly

Strategy

Our strategy was to outflank the national aggregators by going deeper into hyperlocal content than Zillow or Redfin ever would. We built genuinely useful neighborhood pages written by agents who actually work those areas, optimized every agent's GBP listing for local discovery, and launched a geo-targeted blog covering the hyper-specific questions Chicago homebuyers actually search for — the kind of granular content that national platforms cannot replicate at scale.

Implementation

We built 18 hyperlocal neighborhood landing pages with school ratings, walkability scores, average home prices, and recent sales data — each targeting long-tail queries like "homes for sale in Wicker Park with parking." All 12 agent GBP listings were verified, updated with consistent categories and fresh photos, and connected to a review generation system that sent automated follow-up emails after every closing. We launched a geo-targeted blog covering topics like "Lincoln Park vs Lakeview: which neighborhood fits your lifestyle" and "best coffee shops near Bucktown condos." Citation cleanup across 60+ directories ensured NAP consistency everywhere. The project took 12 weeks from kickoff to full deployment.

Key Features Delivered

  • 18 hyperlocal neighborhood landing pages with market data and school ratings
  • 12 agent GBP profiles verified, optimized, and connected to review automation
  • 60+ directory citation cleanup for NAP consistency
  • Bi-weekly geo-targeted blog content targeting neighborhood-specific queries

Lessons Learned

  • Independent brokerages can absolutely compete with Zillow in local search — national aggregators cannot produce genuinely hyperlocal content at the neighborhood level.
  • Individual agent GBP profiles are a massively underutilized asset in real estate — each verified agent profile is essentially a separate ranking entity in the local pack.
  • Content written by agents who actually know the neighborhoods outperforms generic "neighborhood guide" content every time — search engines and readers both reward authentic local expertise.

Fashion · Social Media Marketing

Zenith Apparel

SkarduX transformed a Karachi fashion brand from 2,300 followers and zero social strategy into a viral force with 500K+ followers, 4.2% engagement rate, and 8x return on social ad spend — all through influencer-driven content, shoppable campaigns, and community building across Instagram and TikTok.

Client Background

Zenith Apparel is a Karachi-based fashion brand known for contemporary Eastern wear with modern cuts and premium fabrics. Founded five years ago, the brand had built a loyal customer base through physical retail at their Zamzama flagship store and WhatsApp-based ordering. Their designs were genuinely distinctive — blending traditional Pakistani textiles with minimalist aesthetics — but their reach was limited to walk-in customers and personal networks.

The Challenge

Zenith's Instagram had 2,300 followers — mostly friends and family — and their content was product photos on white backgrounds posted sporadically. No Reels, no Stories strategy, no TikTok presence. Competitors like Sapphire and Khaadi were pulling millions of views on styling videos. Two previous attempts at boosting posts resulted only in bot followers. The founder was ready to invest in social but had no idea where to start after the boosting disaster.

Objectives

  • Build Instagram following to 100K+ and launch TikTok presence within 6 months
  • Achieve 3%+ engagement rate (industry average for fashion is 1.2%)
  • Drive measurable e-commerce revenue directly from social channels
  • Build a community-driven content engine that reduces reliance on paid reach
  • Establish Zenith as a recognized brand in Pakistan's fashion social space

Strategy

We rebuilt Zenith's social identity around content pillars: styling tips (40%), behind-the-scenes/making-of (25%), customer UGC reposts (20%), and promotional drops (15%). The approach prioritized community over broadcasting — making followers feel like insiders rather than marketing targets. We paired this with a micro-influencer network and a shoppable content workflow that connected every piece of content directly to purchase opportunities.

Implementation

We started with a visual identity rebuild — consistent color grading, a signature editing style for Reels, and brand guidelines for all social content. We partnered with 8 micro-influencers (10K-50K followers) in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi for monthly styling collaborations — no scripted posts, just real women wearing Zenith in their daily lives. On TikTok, we launched a #ZenithStyleChallenge that generated over 200 user videos in the first month. Instagram Shopping was set up with a shoppable content workflow where every Reel and carousel tagged products. Paid campaigns used lookalike audiences built from existing customers instead of broad interest targeting. The full rollout took 8 weeks from brand audit to live campaigns.

Key Features Delivered

  • Complete social brand identity with visual guidelines and content pillars
  • 8-influencer micro-network with monthly collaboration framework
  • TikTok launch with viral #ZenithStyleChallenge campaign
  • Instagram Shopping integration with shoppable Reels and carousels

  • UGC challenges work best when the barrier to participation is low and the reward is social validation, not just prizes — the best submissions got featured on the main account.
  • Community-driven content reduces paid media dependency over time — by month 6, organic reach was driving more sales than paid campaigns.

CloudNine Travel

SkarduX built a content-driven growth engine for a Hunza-based tour operator, transforming a three-page WordPress site into a 35-article travel resource hub that captured 150+ page-one keyword rankings and tripled booking conversions within 7 months.

Client Background

CloudNine Travel is a tour operator based in Karimabad, Hunza, offering guided treks, cultural tours, and adventure packages across Northern Pakistan's Karakoram and Hindukush regions. With 8 years of operation and a stellar reputation among repeat visitors, their guides are considered among the best in the region. However, the business was entirely word-of-mouth and seasonal, with bookings concentrated in a 4-month summer window and near-zero revenue during off-season.

The Challenge

CloudNine's website was a three-page WordPress site with a contact form that did not work on mobile. Searching "Hunza Valley tour packages" or "best time to visit Northern Pakistan" returned Tripoto articles, random travel blogs, and competitors who had invested in SEO years ago — CloudNine was nowhere. They had no email list, no content strategy, and no way to capture the thousands of people researching Northern Pakistan travel every month. Peak season bookings were unpredictable, and off-season was dead silence.

Objectives

  • Build a content hub that ranks for 100+ travel-related keywords on page one
  • Increase organic traffic by 300%+ within 6 months
  • Create an email capture system to build an audience for off-season marketing
  • Triple the booking conversion rate from website visitors
  • Extend the booking window by capturing early-research-stage travelers

Strategy

We replaced the brochure site with a content hub model — a travel resource center built around the questions real travelers ask when researching Northern Pakistan. Every piece of content was written using insights from CloudNine's actual guides, targeting long-tail keywords with genuine search volume. Each guide included embedded booking CTAs, a free PDF download for email capture, and internal links to relevant tour packages. The content would serve double duty: ranking in search to drive discovery, and nurturing leads through the research-to-booking journey.

Implementation

We created 35 in-depth guides over 4 months covering everything from "Complete Karakoram Highway Road Trip Itinerary" to "What to Pack for Hunza in October" to "Is Skardu Safe for Solo Female Travelers." Each was 2,000-4,000 words using real guide insights. We partnered with 6 travel bloggers who had actually visited Northern Pakistan for authentic backlink building. Technical SEO included fixing the mobile experience, adding TouristTrip and TravelAgency schema markup, and building an XML sitemap. We set up Google Business Profile with photos from real tours, launched an email drip sequence for PDF downloaders, and created an off-season booking campaign targeting early planners.

Key Features Delivered

  • 35 in-depth travel guides written with real guide expertise
  • PDF download lead magnets for email list building
  • TouristTrip and TravelAgency schema markup for rich results
  • Email drip sequence converting researchers into bookers
  • Travel blogger backlink partnerships with 6 authentic publishers

Lessons Learned

  • PDF lead magnets remain one of the highest-converting email capture mechanisms for travel — "free packing list" and "itinerary planner" downloads captured emails at 12% conversion.
  • The biggest win was extending the booking window. Content captured researchers 3-6 months before their trip, allowing CloudNine to nurture leads during the off-season and enter peak season with a pre-filled pipeline.

Meridian Law Firm

SkarduX rebuilt a Houston law firm's dated 2012-era website into a modern, trust-driven platform with dedicated attorney profiles, practice area landing pages, and a prominent case evaluation form — tripling consultation bookings and cutting page load time from 4.2 seconds to 1.1 seconds.

Client Background

Meridian Law Firm is a mid-size practice in Houston's energy corridor specializing in commercial litigation, oil and gas law, and personal injury. With four partners and six associates boasting a combined 85 years of trial experience, they had an exceptional courtroom track record. However, their digital presence had not been updated since 2012, and they were losing prospective clients to newer firms with modern websites and aggressive digital marketing.

The Challenge

Meridian's website had a Flash-era banner slider, loaded in 4.2 seconds, and was not mobile-friendly — meaning the 60% of visitors arriving from smartphones saw a broken layout. Attorney profiles were generic paragraphs with no headshots. The contact form was buried on a separate page with no calls-to-action elsewhere. Their 78% bounce rate meant visitors were leaving before ever exploring the firm's capabilities. Competing firms in Houston's energy corridor had modern sites with client testimonials, case results, and prominent conversion paths.

Objectives

  • Redesign the website to load in under 2 seconds with full mobile responsiveness
  • Increase consultation requests by 50%+ within the first 3 months
  • Create dedicated attorney profiles that build trust and showcase credentials
  • Implement practice area pages targeting high-intent legal search queries
  • Reduce bounce rate below 45%

Strategy

We designed a trust-first website architecture. Legal clients are making high-stakes decisions and need to feel confident before reaching out. Every design choice — from attorney profile depth to prominent case evaluation forms to the visual tone — was made to communicate competence, experience, and accessibility. The content strategy paired this with practice area pages targeting the long-tail legal queries people search when they need an attorney.

Implementation

We built a static-first site with lazy-loaded images, cutting load time to 1.1 seconds. Each attorney got a dedicated profile page with professional photography, case highlights, bar admissions, and Attorney/LegalService schema markup for Google knowledge panels. The homepage featured a "Free Case Evaluation" form above the fold with a click-to-call button for mobile. We created 8 practice area landing pages with FAQ sections targeting queries like "Houston oil and gas litigation attorney" and "commercial lease dispute lawyer Texas." A blog launched with bi-weekly posts on legal topics. The project ran 6 weeks from design to launch.

Key Features Delivered

  • Static-first website with 1.1s load time and full mobile responsiveness
  • 10 dedicated attorney profile pages with professional photography
  • 8 practice area landing pages with FAQ schema markup
  • Above-the-fold case evaluation form with mobile click-to-call
  • Attorney and LegalService schema markup for knowledge panels
  • Bi-weekly legal blog targeting long-tail search queries

Lessons Learned

  • For law firms, the "Free Case Evaluation" CTA above the fold consistently outperforms generic "Contact Us" links — it frames the interaction as valuable to the visitor, not just the firm.
  • Page speed improvements alone had a measurable impact on conversions. The bounce rate dropped 40 percentage points just from faster load times and mobile responsiveness.
  • Attorney profile pages with real photography and specific case highlights are the most-visited pages on legal websites — they are the trust decision point for prospective clients.

PakCraft Artisans

SkarduX took a collective of Skardu artisans from zero online revenue to $45K/month in international sales by building a custom Shopify store with professional product photography, Google Shopping campaigns, and international shipping logistics — reaching customers in 12 countries.

Client Background

PakCraft Artisans is a collective of 25 artisan families in the Skardu valley of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, producing hand-polished gemstone jewelry, walnut wood carvings, pashmina textiles, and semi-precious stone decorative pieces. Their craft traditions span generations, and the quality of their work is exceptional. However, their market was limited to tourists visiting the valley during the 4-month summer season, with essentially zero revenue the rest of the year.

The Challenge

The artisans had no website, no professional product photography, and no understanding of international shipping logistics. A previous attempt at Etsy had failed because listings used phone-camera photos with no SEO optimization, resulting in zero visibility. Pricing was not standardized across the collective, making a consistent online catalog impossible. The language barrier was significant — most artisans spoke Balti and basic Urdu, not English. Revenue outside tourist season was essentially zero, creating severe income instability for the families involved.

Objectives

  • Launch a professionally designed e-commerce store with standardized product catalog
  • Generate $20K+/month in international online sales within 6 months
  • Establish reliable international shipping to at least 8 countries
  • Build brand credibility with trust signals for international buyers
  • Create year-round revenue to eliminate seasonal income dependency

Strategy

We treated this as a full e-commerce launch — not just a website build. The strategy covered four pillars: professional visual assets that would compete with international craft brands, a Shopify store optimized for cross-border commerce, a Google Shopping campaign targeting high-intent audiences in the US, UK, Canada, and Middle East, and storytelling content that connected buyers emotionally with the artisans behind each product.

Implementation

We sent a photographer to Skardu for studio-quality product images and behind-the-scenes workshop footage. We standardized pricing across the collective and organized products into collections by craft type and price range. The Shopify store launched with 120+ products, each page written with long-tail keywords like "handmade Baltistan walnut wood box" and "natural ruby gemstone pendant Pakistan." International shipping was solved through a Karachi-based fulfillment partner. Google Shopping campaigns targeted jewelry and home decor audiences in 8 countries. We added multi-currency support, artisan profile pages with their stories, certificate of authenticity badges, and a 30-day return policy. Total build time was 10 weeks.

Key Features Delivered

  • Shopify store with 120+ products and professional studio photography
  • Multi-currency support for USD, GBP, EUR, AED, and CAD
  • Google Shopping campaigns across 8 target countries
  • Artisan profile storytelling pages connecting buyers with makers
  • Certificate of authenticity system and 30-day return policy

Lessons Learned

  • Professional product photography is the single biggest conversion factor in handcraft e-commerce — the same products with phone photos vs studio photos saw 5x higher click-through rates.
  • Artisan storytelling is not just feel-good marketing — pages with maker profiles converted at 2.3x the rate of standard product pages because they justify premium pricing.
  • Solving logistics before launch prevented the fulfillment disasters that kill most emerging-market e-commerce ventures. The Karachi fulfillment partnership was as important as the website itself.

Automotive · Google Ads

Gulf Auto Hub

SkarduX restructured a $50K/month Google Ads budget for a Riyadh luxury car dealership, replacing generic campaigns with vehicle-specific ad groups, dedicated landing pages, and a three-tier retargeting funnel — slashing cost per lead to $8 while nearly tripling showroom foot traffic.

Client Background

Gulf Auto Hub is a luxury automobile dealership in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, representing Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Range Rover. With a 15,000 sq ft showroom and 40 sales staff, they move approximately 80 vehicles per month across new and certified pre-owned inventory. Annual revenue exceeds SAR 120M, but their digital advertising had been managed by a generalist agency with no automotive expertise.

The Challenge

All vehicles were lumped into two broad campaigns: "new cars" and "used cars." They were bidding on generic terms like "buy car Riyadh" that attracted budget shoppers, not luxury buyers. Landing pages sent all traffic to the homepage where visitors had to navigate a clunky inventory filter. Cost per qualified lead exceeded $200, and the sales team reported most leads were tire-kickers asking about economy vehicles they did not even stock. Meanwhile, competitor dealerships were running slick vehicle-specific campaigns capturing high-intent buyers first.

Objectives

  • Reduce cost per qualified lead from $200+ to under $15
  • Increase showroom visit bookings by 150%+ from paid channels
  • Implement proper attribution tracking including phone lead measurement
  • Build a retargeting system that nurtures vehicle-specific interest
  • Achieve 40%+ close rate on qualified leads

Strategy

We rebuilt the account around vehicle-specific intent. Instead of "new cars" and "used cars," every brand and model line got its own campaign with dedicated landing pages showing real-time inventory. A three-tier retargeting funnel nurtured prospects from initial interest through to showroom visit. We also added bilingual (Arabic + English) ad copy to capture the full Saudi market and implemented call tracking to measure the phone leads the previous agency had been ignoring.

Implementation

We created separate campaigns for each brand and model line (e.g., "2024 Mercedes GLE Riyadh," "Range Rover Sport price Saudi Arabia"), each linking to a dedicated landing page with that vehicle's inventory, pricing, and a "Book a Test Drive" form. Dynamic inventory ads pulled real-time stock data so ads only ran for vehicles actually on the lot. The retargeting funnel had three tiers: tier one showed the exact vehicle a visitor viewed, tier two offered financing promotions, and tier three served limited-availability urgency messaging. Call tracking was implemented across all campaigns, and Arabic ad copy was added alongside English. Total restructure took 4 weeks.

Key Features Delivered

  • Vehicle-specific campaign structure with model-level ad groups
  • Dynamic inventory ads synced to real-time dealership stock
  • Dedicated landing pages per vehicle model with test drive booking
  • Three-tier retargeting funnel (vehicle view, financing, urgency)
  • Bilingual Arabic and English ad copy across all campaigns
  • Call tracking implementation for phone lead attribution

Lessons Learned

  • Automotive PPC must be structured at the model level, not the category level. "Buy car Riyadh" and "2024 Mercedes GLE Riyadh" attract fundamentally different buyers with vastly different conversion potential.
  • Dynamic inventory ads that only show available stock eliminate wasted clicks on sold vehicles — a common problem with dealership campaigns that run static ads.
  • Phone call tracking was the biggest blind spot. The previous agency was ignoring 62% of conversions because they only tracked form submissions, making the campaigns look far worse than they actually were.

Dental · Local SEO

BrightSmile Dental

SkarduX helped a suburban Chicago dental practice overcome 40+ competitors in the local search landscape through hyperlocal SEO, systematic review generation, and service-specific landing pages — reaching top-3 map pack positioning and driving 40 new patient appointments monthly.

Client Background

BrightSmile Dental is a general and cosmetic dental practice in Skokie, Illinois, serving the community for 15 years. Dr. Sarah Chen and her associate dentist offer a full range of services including preventive care, dental implants, Invisalign, and emergency dentistry. With a loyal patient base of about 1,200 active patients, the practice had excellent clinical outcomes but minimal digital visibility in a market with over 40 competing dental practices within a 5-mile radius.

The Challenge

BrightSmile's Google Business Profile had just 11 reviews at 3.8 stars, while competing practices boasted 200+ reviews with 4.7+ ratings. NAP citations were inconsistent across 23 directories. Searching "dentist near me" in Skokie showed BrightSmile on page two of the map pack — effectively invisible. Their website had a single generic "Services" page listing every procedure with one sentence each. The practice owner had tried Google Ads at $3,000/month but had no tracking to determine which calls came from ads versus organic search.

Objectives

  • Achieve top-3 Google Map Pack positioning for primary dental keywords
  • Generate 30+ new patient appointments per month from organic search
  • Build Google review count to 200+ with 4.8+ star average rating
  • Fix citation inconsistencies and establish NAP authority across all directories
  • Create service-specific landing pages targeting local intent searches

Strategy

We pursued a three-phase approach: Phase one was citation cleanup and GBP overhaul to fix the foundation. Phase two was an automated review generation system to close the trust gap with competitors. Phase three was on-site SEO with service-specific and neighborhood-specific landing pages to capture the full range of local dental search queries. Each phase built on the previous one, with the review system as the linchpin — in dental, review volume and rating are the strongest ranking factors in the local pack.

Implementation

We audited and corrected listings across all 23 directories with incorrect data. The GBP was overhauled with new interior/exterior photos, service categories, populated Q&A, and weekly Google Posts. The review system used automated SMS sent 2 hours post-appointment with a direct Google review link, plus a polite reminder 3 days later. On the website, we built dedicated pages for each service targeting local intent — "dental implants Skokie IL," "emergency dentist near Old Orchard Mall," "Invisalign Niles Township" — each with Dentist and LocalBusiness schema markup. We also built neighborhood landing pages for Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, and Evanston to capture surrounding demand. The full rollout took 8 weeks.

Key Features Delivered

  • 23 directory citations cleaned and standardized for NAP consistency
  • Automated SMS review generation system with 2-hour and 3-day triggers
  • 12 service-specific landing pages with Dentist schema markup
  • 4 neighborhood landing pages targeting adjacent community searches
  • GBP overhaul with fresh photography, Q&A, and weekly Google Posts
  • Call tracking to separate organic, paid, and direct call attribution

Lessons Learned

  • Review generation is the single highest-leverage activity for local dental SEO — the 2-hour post-appointment SMS timing was critical, catching patients while the positive experience was still fresh.
  • Neighborhood-specific landing pages for adjacent communities (Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Evanston) expanded the catchment area by 35% with minimal additional effort.
  • Service-specific pages outperform generic "Services" pages by 4-6x in organic traffic because they match the way patients actually search — nobody searches "dental services," they search "dental implants near me."

FreshBite Food Chain

SkarduX designed and executed a social-first brand launch for a five-location Islamabad restaurant chain with zero online presence, creating viral campaigns and influencer partnerships that doubled foot traffic, generated 15K+ user posts, and funded the opening of three new locations within a year.

Client Background

FreshBite is a fast-casual restaurant chain with five locations across Islamabad, serving gourmet burgers, salads, and fusion wraps. Founded by two university friends, the brand had built a loyal customer base near offices and universities through quality food and competitive pricing. Annual revenue was growing steadily at 15% year-over-year through in-store traffic alone, but ownership knew they were leaving significant growth on the table by having zero digital presence.

The Challenge

FreshBite had zero social accounts, no branded photography, and Google Business listings with outdated hours and no reviews. Competitors — local burger joints and chai cafes — were averaging 40K followers on Instagram and getting 500+ tagged posts monthly. FreshBite had nothing. The younger demographic (18-35) that drives food trends in Islamabad was discovering restaurants through Instagram Reels and TikTok, and FreshBite was completely absent from those discovery channels. Without a digital presence, they were invisible to a growing segment of their target market.

Objectives

  • Launch Instagram and TikTok with 50K+ combined followers within 4 months
  • Drive measurable foot traffic increase across all five locations
  • Generate organic user-generated content at scale through viral campaigns
  • Optimize all 5 Google Business Profiles with reviews and fresh content
  • Build a social content system that can scale with new location openings

Strategy

We designed a social-first brand launch combining professional content creation, influencer amplification, and user-generated content mechanics. The approach centered on making FreshBite "Instagrammable" — not just the food, but the entire experience. Rather than building a following slowly through organic posting, we launched with a coordinated influencer blitz and a viral challenge campaign designed to generate user content from day one, creating immediate social proof and FOMO-driven foot traffic.

Implementation

We started with a 2-week brand sprint: professional food photography across all five locations, a visual identity system for social media, and staff training on capturing behind-the-scenes content. Instagram and TikTok launched simultaneously with a "FreshBite Challenge" — customers filmed themselves trying the signature spicy burger and tagged the brand for a chance to win free meals for a month. We partnered with 12 Islamabad food influencers for coordinated launch-week posts. Geo-targeted Instagram ads ran within a 3km radius of each location during lunch hours. All five Google Business profiles were optimized with fresh photos, menus, and review response templates. An automated UGC reposting workflow ensured the best customer content appeared on the main feed daily.

Key Features Delivered

  • Complete social brand identity with visual guidelines and content calendar
  • 12-influencer coordinated launch campaign across Islamabad
  • Viral #FreshBiteChallenge campaign on TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Geo-targeted paid campaigns within 3km of each location
  • Automated UGC reposting workflow for customer content

Lessons Learned

  • Coordinated influencer launches create more impact than staggered posting — having 12 influencers post in the same week created a "everyone is talking about this" effect that organic growth alone would have taken months to achieve.
  • Geo-targeted ads within a 3km radius during lunch hours had 4x the ROAS of broader Islamabad-wide targeting because they reached people who could actually walk in.
  • UGC reposting is the most underrated social strategy for restaurants — customers feel valued when featured, and it provides an endless content supply that is more authentic than anything the brand could produce alone.

EduSpark Academy

SkarduX built a content-led SEO strategy for a Dubai online education platform, creating topic clusters around 60+ courses that captured high-intent career queries — driving 600% enrollment growth, ranking 45 courses on page one, and reducing cost per enrollment from $85 to $12 through organic channels.

Client Background

EduSpark Academy is a Dubai-based online education platform offering 60+ professional certification courses in data analytics, UX design, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and other high-demand fields. They serve the UAE and broader GCC market with courses designed for career changers and professionals seeking upskilling. Despite heavy investment in course production, their organic traffic was under 200 visits per month, and they were spending $85 per enrolled student through Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.

The Challenge

EduSpark's website was a brochure: course pages with thin descriptions, no blog, no supporting content, and no internal linking strategy. Landing pages had a 2.1% conversion rate. Competitors like Coursera and Udemy owned every "how to become a [profession]" query for the UAE and GCC market. EduSpark had no content to compete with — their course pages were 200-word descriptions that Google had no reason to rank. The entire student pipeline depended on paid ads at an unsustainable $85 per enrollment.

Objectives

  • Rank 30+ courses on Google page one for high-intent career queries
  • Increase organic enrollments by 400%+ within 8 months
  • Reduce blended cost per enrollment from $85 to under $20
  • Build a content cluster architecture that compounds organic traffic over time
  • Achieve 15%+ landing page conversion rate through UX optimization

Strategy

We mapped EduSpark's 60 courses to 180+ high-intent search queries and built a content cluster model where each course was supported by a pillar guide, comparison pages, and student success stories. The key insight was targeting the "how to become" and "best certification for" queries that indicate someone actively considering a career change — not informational browsers, but people ready to invest in their education. Every piece of content included clear pathways to enrollment.

Implementation

For each course, we built a content cluster: a pillar guide (2,500+ words covering career path, salary data, and skills needed), comparison pages ("EduSpark vs Coursera for data analytics"), and student success stories with real testimonials. We rewrote every course landing page with structured data, clear pricing, and social proof widgets showing live enrollment counts. A "Career Quiz" tool was built that recommended courses based on interests and experience — this single page generated 30% of all organic leads. Technical SEO fixes included hreflang tags for the Arabic version, 140+ broken internal link fixes, and page load compression from 6.2s to 1.8s. The project spanned 5 months.

Key Features Delivered

  • 60 content clusters with pillar guides, comparisons, and success stories
  • Interactive Career Quiz tool generating 30% of organic leads
  • Rewritten course landing pages with Course schema and live enrollment widgets
  • Hreflang implementation for Arabic/English bilingual audiences
  • 140+ broken internal link fixes and page speed optimization (6.2s to 1.8s)
  • Student testimonial and social proof integration across all course pages

Lessons Learned

  • Interactive tools (like the Career Quiz) can be the single highest-converting content type on an EdTech site — they provide personalized value and naturally segment leads for follow-up.
  • Content clusters compound over time. Months 1-3 showed modest traffic growth, but months 4-5 saw exponential increases as Google recognized EduSpark's topical authority across education queries.
  • "How to become" queries are the most valuable in EdTech SEO — they indicate someone actively considering a career change and willing to invest in education, not a student doing homework research.

Insurance · Lead Generation

SafeGuard Insurance

SkarduX replaced a regional insurance agency's expensive third-party lead aggregator dependency with an owned lead generation system — building local SEO dominance, conversion-optimized landing pages, and remarketing funnels that slashed cost per lead from $22 to $7 while delivering 320% more qualified prospects.

Client Background

SafeGuard Insurance is an independent insurance agency in Omaha, Nebraska, writing auto, home, and life policies across Nebraska and Iowa. With 18 years in business and a team of 12 agents, they consistently maintained high renewal rates and strong customer satisfaction. However, their lead acquisition strategy was entirely dependent on third-party aggregators like QuoteWizard and EverQuote, with no owned digital lead generation channels.

The Challenge

SafeGuard was buying shared leads at $22 each — the same leads being sold to 4-5 competing agencies simultaneously. Their close rate on purchased leads was just 8%, pushing actual cost per customer acquisition above $275. Their website functioned as a digital business card with no quote forms, no educational content, and no local SEO presence. Searching "auto insurance near me" in Omaha did not show SafeGuard in the first three pages. They were trapped in an expensive dependency with zero leverage over lead quality, volume, or exclusivity.

Objectives

  • Build an owned lead generation system that eliminates dependence on aggregators
  • Reduce cost per lead from $22 to under $10
  • Generate 200+ exclusive qualified leads per month through owned channels
  • Achieve local SEO dominance for insurance-related searches in the Omaha metro
  • Implement CRM-integrated lead scoring for agent prioritization

Strategy

We built SafeGuard's lead engine in three phases. Phase one was local SEO dominance — Google Business Profile, location pages, and review generation. Phase two was content and organic — insurance comparison guides, cost calculators, and state-specific requirement pages. Phase three was the conversion infrastructure — multi-step quote forms, exit-intent popups, and remarketing campaigns with CRM-integrated lead scoring. Each phase added a new layer to the lead generation system, with the goal of making owned channels so effective that third-party aggregators would become unnecessary.

Implementation

Phase one (weeks 1-4): GBP optimization, location pages for Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and Bellevue, and a review campaign that grew reviews from 23 to 340+ in six months. Phase two (weeks 5-10): insurance comparison guides ("State Farm vs independent agents in Nebraska"), interactive cost calculator tools, and Nebraska-specific coverage requirement pages. Phase three (weeks 11-16): dedicated landing pages per insurance type with multi-step quote forms (name and zip first, details second), exit-intent popups offering free coverage reviews, and remarketing across Google Display and Facebook with personalized messaging for quote abandoners. CRM integration added automated lead scoring so agents could prioritize hot leads.

Key Features Delivered

  • 4 location-specific landing pages targeting Omaha metro service areas
  • Multi-step quote forms with 36% completion rate
  • Insurance comparison guides and interactive cost calculator tools
  • Remarketing campaigns with personalized messaging for abandoners
  • CRM integration with automated lead scoring for agent prioritization

Lessons Learned

  • Multi-step forms dramatically outperform single-page forms for insurance quotes — asking for just name and zip code first reduces perceived effort and increases starts by 3x compared to showing all fields at once.
  • Owned leads close at 3-4x the rate of aggregator leads because they are exclusive and warmer — the prospect has already engaged with your brand, not just submitted their info to a generic comparison site.
  • Insurance comparison content ("State Farm vs independent agents") captures high-intent searchers who are actively shopping — these pages generated 40% of all organic leads despite being only 8% of total content.

Neshopo Marketplace

SkarduX handled the complete digital build for a Northern Pakistan artisan marketplace — from brand identity and platform design to seller onboarding and international marketing — scaling Neshopo to 1,000+ vendors, 250% GMV growth, and a 45% repeat buyer rate in under 12 months.

Client Background

Neshopo is a marketplace platform founded with a mission to connect the master artisans, gemstone cutters, and textile weavers of Gilgit-Baltistan with buyers worldwide. The founding team had deep roots in Northern Pakistan's craft communities and a vision to create "the Etsy of the Karakoram." They came to SkarduX with a basic WooCommerce site hosting 80 products from 35 vendors, generating fewer than 10 orders per month, and needing everything — brand identity, platform, seller onboarding, and marketing.

The Challenge

Northern Pakistan produces some of the world's finest handcraft — Hunza rubies, Gilgiti woolen shawls, Skardu woodwork, Chitrali embroidery — but these artisans had no way to reach international buyers. The existing WooCommerce site looked generic, had no SEO, and converted poorly. Most sellers had never photographed their work professionally or written product descriptions. Shipping from remote mountain valleys to international destinations required careful logistics coordination. Neshopo needed a full-stack marketing partner, not just an SEO agency — they needed brand, platform, content, onboarding, and go-to-market executed as one cohesive effort.

Objectives

  • Create a distinctive brand identity positioning Neshopo in the ethical marketplace space
  • Build a scalable platform with vendor dashboards and multilingual support
  • Onboard 500+ vendors from across Gilgit-Baltistan within 6 months
  • Grow GMV by 200%+ through combined organic and paid marketing
  • Achieve 30%+ repeat buyer rate to validate product-market fit

Strategy

We approached this as a full-stack engagement across five workstreams running in parallel: brand identity and visual design, platform development, seller onboarding and enablement, SEO content marketing, and paid social campaigns. The connecting thread was storytelling — positioning Neshopo not just as a marketplace, but as a movement connecting ancient craft traditions with modern global consumers. Every touchpoint, from product pages to Instagram ads, told the story of the artisan behind each piece.

Implementation

We designed a new brand identity — logo, color system, packaging, and brand story. The platform was rebuilt on a custom stack with vendor dashboards, multilingual support (Urdu, English, and simplified seller interfaces in Shina and Burushaski), and integrated logistics tracking. For seller onboarding, we ran in-person workshops in Gilgit, Skardu, and Hunza teaching artisans smartphone product photography, description writing, and inventory management. SEO content targeted "handmade [product] from Pakistan" and similar long-tail queries. Instagram and Pinterest campaigns showcased artisan stories. A vendor referral program incentivized existing sellers to recruit from their communities. The full engagement ran 12 months from brand creation to scaled operations.

Key Features Delivered

  • Complete brand identity — logo, color system, packaging, and brand guidelines
  • Custom marketplace platform with multilingual vendor dashboards
  • In-person seller workshops across 3 cities for onboarding and training
  • SEO content strategy targeting handcraft and ethical shopping queries
  • Instagram and Pinterest storytelling campaigns with artisan profiles

Lessons Learned

  • Marketplace businesses require full-stack marketing — brand, platform, supply-side onboarding, and demand-side marketing must be executed together. Doing any one in isolation wastes effort because the pieces depend on each other.
  • In-person seller onboarding in remote communities was non-negotiable. Digital-only onboarding would have excluded the most talented artisans who had limited tech literacy but produced the best products.
  • The vendor referral program was responsible for 40% of new seller signups — existing artisans recruiting from their own communities was more effective and scalable than any marketing we could have done externally.
